Where everything is code there is a new and better way to do things, Karl will be the first to try it out so that everyone else benefits.
James Wicks
James Wicks is a seasoned consultant specialising in the IT and fintech spaces. Skilled in business processes and analytics, James is knowledgeable in both Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence. His consulting spans Procurement to Management Development. He has a Business Administration and Management qualification from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Su joined us from the Fintech industry and has a vast wealth of knowledge of Atlassian products and how to make your life simpler and better when it comes to all things for Cloud and subscriptions. Su works closely with the Atlassian team to ensure you have the best possible solutions to enable your organisation with everything you need for your teams.

Noni is a Senior Technical Consultant who started at Obsidian Systems as a Linux Technical Engineer. Her wealth of experience from operating systems to applications brings great value as an systems integrator and solving complex issues of migration and Atlassian cloud.

Bianca joined Obsidian Systems during COVID as an Atlassian Consultant assisting with training and customer engagements. Bianca has experience as a project administrator for various corporates from Fintech, retail and services.
